These terms of use shall be governed by, construed and enforced by UK Law. This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contracts, text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above Terms of Service, please do NOT use this website or my travel services.​

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

When receiving a quote or booking any travel experience or service with Travel Tribe UK, you will receive the full Terms & Conditions via email stating all of the information required for your holiday and service. This includes payment information (whether paying a deposit or pay in full), the refund policy and also cancellation information too. You will be fully informed of everything so please read all the documentation sent to you thoroughly before proceeding with your final booking with Travel Tribe UK.

You will be authorised to sign a document if I am not MOR (Merchant of Record) in order to process your payment. I process this data to supply the travel services to you that you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. My lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and Travel Tribe UK and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract for your travel needs.
